New Year Resolution Generator
Posted by DAVID BC TAN under: humour.
Here we are on the verge on the new year. Imagine, it’s 2011. Already. Too soon. Or too late? Here’s a snazzy website that lets you generate resolutions for the new year – at the click of the mouse – if you’re having problems deciding, that is. It’s called the New Year Resolution Generator. If nothing else, at least it ought to generate some interesting ideas. Click on the image to go to the site.

Just for Laughs 10

Malaysia’s vexing education system is going thru another round of introspection. It looks like the Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) examination for Form 3 students will be changed to a school-based assessment while the Ujian Pencapaian Sekolah Rendah (UPSR) examination for Year Six pupils would remain – albeit with changes to its curriculum. Expect the change to kick in beginning 2016.
It appears a committee formed to study and review both examinations had concluded that major changes were necessary. According to the Education Minister (and DPM) Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, the move was to ensure the exams were “relevant in the current environment.”
Meanwhile, here’s something to cheer you up.
